We take pride in the superior quality of our products, which are carefully quality-checked before shipment. To give you peace of mind, Luxicas offers a 30-day return policy for each order.


Eligibility for Return / Refund
You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date if your item meets one of the following conditions:


– The item received does not match the description/specifications/version.
– The item is damaged, scratched, or defective due to the manufacturer or the shipping carrier.

How to Request a Return
Step 1: Email us a– Order number
– Clear photos or a video of the item (especially any defects)
– A brief explanation of the return reason


Step 2: Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide detailed guidance. If eligible, we will issue a free return label.

Step 3: Print the return label and pack the item in its original condition, including all tags, box, dust bag, and accessories. The item must be returned with all labels intact and in the same condition as received.


Refund / Return / Exchange Process
If the order was placed within the last 48 hours:

– Email us with your order number and your reason for a refund or exchange.
– We will support you immediately if the order has not yet entered preparation/packing.


If the order has been delivered or more than 48 hours have passed:

– Email us with photos/video and your reason for a refund or exchange.
– Our Customer Service team will evaluate your request and advise the best solution.


Processing timelines:

– Item preparation time: 2–5 business days
– Shipping time: 7–10 business days
– Once a return/exchange is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method
